Hard boiled eggs made in the air fryer — deviled eggs, delicate deviled eggs, plain air fryer eggs, eggs with hot sauce — for busy mornings and quick snacks.
★ appetizer
The go-to appetizer for parties and holidays. The sweet, tangy and savory yolk filling and the eggs soft and chewy texture makes for the perfect bite. I could eat a whole plate of these!

Open in Pepper →No pot of water, no waiting for a boil, no cracked shells rolling around. You set the eggs in the basket, walk away, and come back to eggs that peel clean.
Cooks on Pepper reach for these when they need eggs ready for the week, when company is coming and deviled eggs are expected, or when lunch needs to be something quick and filling.
Every recipe here starts with the same simple egg: Hard Boiled Eggs in Air Fryer and Air Fryer Hard Boiled Egg for the plain version, Deviled Eggs and Delicate Deviled Eggs with stone ground Dijon for a platter, and hard boiled eggs with hot sauce when you just want a snack.
Set the basket in one layer
Leave a little space between eggs so the hot air moves around each one. Six to eight eggs fit most baskets.
Ice bath right away
Move the eggs straight into ice water for 5 minutes. It stops the cooking and makes the shells slip off.
Test one egg first
Air fryers run different, so cook one egg at 270°F for about 15 minutes and cut it open before you do the whole batch.
Mash yolks smooth
For deviled eggs, press the yolks through a fork or fine sieve before adding mayonnaise and mustard so the filling has no lumps.
