Community Guidelines.

Pepper is a social community designed to empower chefs of all backgrounds and skill sets to create, share, and discover food from around the world. We encourage our users to post freely and often as we strive to build this community. Sharing and interacting with content on Pepper should be a fun and inclusive experience, and we have created these guidelines to ensure that our community stays true to this goal.

These guidelines apply equally to all content and users on Pepper. While we may not be able to anticipate every situation that comes up, we provide these guidelines as a general basis for content that is not permitted on Pepper. We reserve the sole right and discretion to determine if content is in violation of our Community Guidelines.

The following content is prohibited from Pepper:

  • Sexually explicit content, including nudity or pornography

  • Content that depicts violent or graphic imagery

  • Bullying or harassment of any kind

  • Content that promotes, depicts, or encourages illegal or unlawful activity

  • Content that promotes, depicts, or encourages self-harm or suicide

  • Content that is intended to threaten or harm others

  • Content intended to impersonate, mislead, confuse, or deceive others into thinking you are someone who you are not

  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property of another individual or entity

  • Terrorism, hate groups, or hate speech of any kind

Please note that if you ever feel that content is in violation of our Community Guidelines, you can always notify us using the report feature within the platform. We review all reported content in determining whether it is indeed in violation of our guidelines and whether further action is necessary.

If you violate our Community Guidelines, we reserve the sole right and discretion to determine the resulting consequences. This may include removing the prohibited content, suspending or terminating your account, and/or notifying appropriate law enforcement officials. Please respect our platform by taking these guidelines seriously and by using Pepper for its intended purpose.
