Dinner in Thirty, Kids Included

Family dinner has to hit three targets at once: fast, filling, and popular with the pickiest kid at the table.

Cooks on Pepper live in this collection during the week — every recipe feeds four or more, wraps in 30 minutes, and doesn't need a separate kids' plate.

Every recipe here is built for the weeknight — one pan or one pot, familiar flavors, and enough on the plate to send everyone back for seconds.

Quick Tips

  1. 1

    One pan, one pot

Fewer dishes means the cook still likes cooking — pick the recipe with the least cleanup.

  2. 2

    Prep before you preheat

Chop and measure while the oven warms — that's ten minutes back on the clock.

  3. 3

    Double the batch

Same effort, twice the food — tomorrow's lunch is done before tonight's dinner is served.

  4. 4

Kids eat what they help make

Even a picky kid tries the sauce they stirred — pull them in for one step.
