Open in Pepper →Fluff is the dessert you make when the oven is already full and people are coming over anyway. A bowl, a spoon, a tub of whipped topping, and you're done before the coffee finishes.
Cooks on Pepper reach for these on potluck mornings, for church suppers, and for the nights a kid needs something sweet to take to school in the morning.
Every recipe here is stirred, chilled, and served cold: Banana Pudding Fluff, Strawberry Fluff Salad, Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Fluff, Oreo Fluff Dip, Green Fluff with pistachio pudding, Peanut Butter Fluff, and roasted strawberries with marshmallow cream.
Drain the pineapple well
Press crushed pineapple against a strainer with the back of a spoon so the fluff doesn't go watery. A few tablespoons of juice can loosen the whole bowl.
Soften the cream cheese
Let an 8-ounce block sit out 30 to 45 minutes before mixing, or you'll fight lumps the whole time.
Fold in the topping
Beat the pudding and milk first, then fold the whipped topping in with a spatula in about 10 gentle strokes so it stays airy.
Chill at least an hour
Give fluff 1 to 2 hours in the fridge, covered, so the pudding sets and the flavors come together before serving.
