Can people who don't follow me see my account?

It comes down to one setting: whether your profile is public or private.
1If your profile is public, yes, anyone can find your profile and view your published recipes and posts, even without following you.
2If your profile is private, only followers you've approved can see your recipes and activity.
3To check which you are, tap your profile picture, tap the settings icon in the top-right corner, tap Account Settings, then look at the Account Privacy toggle.
Either way, your basic profile (name, photo, and bio) stays visible so people know whose delicious cooking they're about to follow. Private just keeps your recipes and posts for approved followers only.
