Why Home Cooks Love Brittany Khamille

Brittany Khamille has become one of the most-saved creators on Pepper for a very specific reason: she cooks Louisiana-rooted comfort food that photographs beautifully and tastes even better. New Orleans BBQ shrimp, marry me chicken, cajun shrimp pasta, shrimp and grits — the shortlist of dishes that turn a weeknight dinner into an occasion.

Her New Orleans BBQ shrimp has been saved more than seven thousand times on Pepper, making it one of the most-saved seafood recipes on the entire app. Her spinach and artichoke dip and marry me chicken are not far behind, each pulling in thousands of saves from home cooks who trust her flavor combinations.

The signature move across every Brittany Khamille recipe is layered seasoning — Cajun spice, garlic, butter, and cream working together instead of competing. It is the reason her collection keeps growing week over week.
