Update: Onboarding & Fresh Look
This morning, we released a new update including the following:
New seamless onboarding experience
Platform fresh look
Bug squashes & feature enhancements
These updates were a long-time coming, and we’re excited to see you all enjoy the benefits of them!
Onboarding
NEW seamless onboarding
Plain & simple, our old onboarding was tough to maneuver. With each page came multiple new inputs, many required and often unexplained! Without being able to experience the app yet, how could you possibly know how (and want to) add all this information. We heard you, and we acted!
The onboarding is (almost) all automatic! Our goal was to make it so you never have to touch your keyboard. If you sign up with your email, Apple log-in, Facebook, or sync your contacts* with your Phone, we can fill in all your information for you!
*We strongly recommend syncing your contacts because it not only allows us to auto-fill all your information, it also 2) helps you find friends on Pepper. We will NEVER share this info with 3rd parties or use it in any ways that don’t specifically & solely enhance your experience on Pepper
Onboarding should be quick, effortless, and informational, and that is exactly how we built ours. We also threw in some confetti at the end :)
We can’t wait for all our new users to experience it!
Fresh Look
You: Hey, is that a new haircut?
Us: Yes, yes it is.
Pepper walked out of the barbershop this morning with a fresh new look. New formatting, new wording, and more utility to the users on every page!
