Update: Collections

Have you ever dog eared the corner of a recipe in a cookbook?

And if so, what's a better feeling than unfolding it once you've made that dish?

Naturally, we wanted to help our community experience this same phenomenon - working their way through recipes and tracking their progress as they go - dog ears and everything.

Enter, Collections.

Problem: Saved recipes are disorganized.
1. Hard to find when I actually want to make them
2. Unexciting when I do make them

Solution: Build Collections - organized folders of recipes you saved to cook later.
1. Organized by whatever criteria you see best fit
2. Searchable to easily find any recipe
3. Trackable through the new Collections Dashboard

We wanted to support the utility of organizing recipes while capturing the excitement that comes with gamifying the experience. And with Collections, I truly believe we've revolutionized the way home cooks arrange & progress through recipes they want to make.

All users start with the personalized "For You" collection comprised of every recipe saved from their weekly recommender.

But that's not all.

Pepper+ members have the ability to take it a step further. They can create as many custom Collections as they'd like: "Low-Cal Breakfast", "Best Date Meals", "Recipes I'd like to try in 2024"...

Collections give you the ability to build your own literal ~collection~ of recipes to come back to. And with 75K+ recipes to choose from on Pepper, dog ear to your heart's content!

So... what Collections will you build? And who will be the first to finish theirs!
